Niños de Guatemala believes in sustainability and so in 2013 we started two social businesses to help support the daily operations of our 3 schools: one tour operator and one Spanish school, both based in Antigua, Guatemala. Our Spanish school offers one-on-one Spanish classes and local family homestays in Antigua, Guatemala. We offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself completely in Guatemala’s culture, Spanish language, and gastronomy. All profits are donated back to the education of over 500 children in Niños de Guatemala.
NDG provides Spanish language classes . Our Spanish school is located in the heart of beautiful Antigua, Guatemala. 1-on-1 classes are tailored to specific interests, goals and levels of every student. Our teachers have over 10 years experience teaching Spanish as a second language and provide lessons tailored to the needs of each student. In addition, 100% of the profits of your classes go back to NDG.
*If you are coming with a registered university group, foreign students can earn university credits via personal set up with each university.
NDG provides family homestay accommodation. Immerse yourself in Guatemala’s culture and the Spanish language, with a stay in our local family homestays with 3 daily home-cooked meals (except Sundays). The families we work with love to have guests in their homes, and share culture, food, experiences and much more. They’ll welcome you as part of their family and it will help you if you are looking to improve your Spanish.
