Testimonials

Kelvin

The greatest lasting gift that we can leave to our little ones, comes from human warmth we can give them. I had a wonderful experience in the Sponsorship Program with Niños de Guatemala, because we both have the goal of helping children from low-income families.

Roosmarijn

Being able to keep in touch with Victoria after volunteering for a month means the world to me. She inspires me to help wherever I can and to be happy with what I have. Giving a small amount of money each month enables Victoria to go to school and follow her dreams.

Ben

Hi, my name is Ben. I met Rafael and Ninos de Guatemala during my travels though central America back in 2012. I really remember visiting the school, being welcomed by the kids (whom, I guess, never saw an almost 2m tall guy before 😉 ), and then getting introduced to Rafael.

I really like being updated from time to time with the personal notes (from drawings in the beginning to written letters in Spanish later, and recently even in English 🙂 ), and I like to inform him about my life as well. It helps to keep a personal bond despite the distance.

I’m happy I joined Ninos de Guatemala by sponsoring the scholarship for Rafeal. I appreciate their work and am happy I can help these kids with the education that can really make a difference for their lives (and for the ones around them), and I plan to stay supporting for the time coming :)..
